Rhiannon - Our Founder

Led by experience, grounded in care

At Rhisilient Support Services, our journey is profoundly personal. Founded in late September 2023 by Rhiannon, our business is grounded in lived experience, compassion, and a commitment to making a positive impact. Having completed her Certificate III in Individual Support, Rhiannon is currently pursuing her Diploma in Community Services, bringing hands-on knowledge and a dedication to continuous learning.

Everything in this business has been built on Rhiannon’s reputation within the community, fostering organic growth with both staff and participants. Before launching Rhisilient, Rhiannon worked in allied health as a receptionist at a local children’s clinic, where she supported speech and occupational therapy services. After leaving Australia to assist her late father during his palliative care in New Zealand, she returned to Australia and became an independent support worker. This role provided her with direct experience in offering one-on-one care, which eventually led to her position as a service manager at another NDIS provider.
